The travel arrangements were very good and the drivers did an excellent job both in Nairobi and on the safari. The Mara Serena lodge exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect place to relax and debrief our trip experience. The service was top notch, and the accommodations, 4-Star.
As I reflect on the feedback received from team members, the home stays were the most rewarding part of the trip for many. It was the beginning of many long term relationships. I think having host families to help with the transition to Kenyan culture is an excellent way to make the trip more meaningful. If I would change anything, I would make the trip longer, two weeks or more, and would include more visits to ministry, such as the slums, Beacon of Hope, Least of These, etc. I think these ministries give a true taste of what life in Africa can be like.
The safari gives only a small glimpse of true African life. We also spent a large part of our time at NEGST, which was a great part of our trip, but it too is very different from the norm in Nairobi. I know there will be several teams from Grace Community Church coming in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend Incentive Travel to handle their travel and in-country arrangements.

Dear staff of Incentive Travel,
Bob and I reached home around 7 p.m. Monday night. We had a good flight home without problems.
We found things to be in good order here at our home in Ghana. We thank you so very much for making our trip so good. We really enjoyed it to the fullest. Our time at Malindi and the conference was good and then we had such a wonderful time at the Amboseli Game Park. Stephen was a great guide and knew just where to find the animals. We were so happy with all that we saw. Our accommodations there were very good too and the food excellent. We are telling our friends about you, but we just don't go to East Africa often, but from time to time people go there for conferences etc.
Thank you too for the very pretty piece of Kenyan cloth for our anniversary. Several people have remarked how pretty is. I happily told them it was from you folks there. This is a trip we will not forget. Thanks for making it so good!
